The Happy H Ranch Bunk House is located just sixteen miles south of Fredericksburg and 5 miles north of Comfort on 267 BEAUTIFUL TEXAS HILL COUNTRY acres. The Bunk House has 2 private bedrooms with private bathrooms attached to each. This comfortable RANCH house, in a peaceful, pristine setting is fully equipped! The kitchen is open to the living room which is complete with satellite TV and a stereo system. Relax on the front porch and take in the view!  There is a wonderful sitting area by the pond with a fire pit and picnic tables. Feed the catfish and goldfish in the pond and watch them come up to eat. Sit by the fire on a cool Hill Country night and gaze up at that big Texas Sky! You can also take hikes around the ranch. Bunk House Bed and Breakfast at the Happy H Ranch 

The “Bunk House” is a 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom guesthouse nestled in the Texas Hill Country on the Happy H Ranch. It comfortably sleeps four adults in the two bedrooms (queen size beds in both) each with a private bath.  There are many places to lounge and relax in the spacious living room and there is a fully equipped kitchen.  Items for a continental breakfast including fresh muffins, seasonal fruit, coffee and juices are stocked in the full size kitchen refrigerator for your convenience. Our bed and breakfast has a flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite service, stereo system, WIFI, and lots of reading materials for your hill country respite. We also provide linens and towels for your use. The Bunk House has a wrap-around porch which overlooks the “cement pond” filled with catfish and gold fish. We welcome our guests to feed the fish as it is really fun to watch. There are spectacular views of the Cross at Forgiveness Hill and lots of exotic wildlife perfect for many photo opportunities.

• Two (2) night minimum stay required.

• Check-in after 3:00pm (unless otherwise arranged)

• Check-out 12:00 noon (unless otherwise arranged) 

• Smoking is not permitted inside the Bunk House and there is a $300.00 smoking fine. 

• Children must be 12 years old or older.

• All reservations are guaranteed and you will be charged in full if you cancel with less than 7 days notice.

  Dog Friendly Rules (We are dog friendly.)

• For the safety of all on this working ranch, pets must be on a leash while on the grounds at the Happy H Ranch.

• Pet owners must pick up after their pets. 

• Pets must be crated or in fenced backyard when owner is not there to ensure safety for all.

• Pets must have evidence of flea protection and currant vaccines

• For the enjoyment of all current and future guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring bedding for your pet to sleep on during their stay.

• Pets must not be bothersome to any of the other critters at the Happy H Ranch (cattle, exotic and domestic wildlife and Happy H Ranch pets).

• There is a $75.00 Pet Damage Deposit which is refundable.

• Well behaved dogs are welcome $30.00 per night per pet (maximum number of pets is 2).
  ABSOLUTELY NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS!

• If your pet is disruptive and or the pet rules are not followed, the Happy H Ranch reserves the right to ask you to leave and guests are responsible for the cost of all damages.
