Our experienced Events Coordinator at Happy H Ranch will take the stress and hard work out of planning, so that you can enjoy your special time!
The following are services that you can expect:

• We will personally meet with you to detail and customize your Hill Country Wedding or Event. We will tour the ranch together and decide which Happy H facilities/venues are best suited for your needs.
• If you wish, we will make recommendations for vendors that we know will provide the very best food and services!
• We provide transportation to and from the Cross on Forgiveness Hill and the Big Sky Chapel
  
• Our professional staff will help set up your event.

OUR FACILITIES

The Happy H Ranch offers numerous features that make it an ideal setting for all types of special events and activities. 

• Big Sky Chapel

The Happy H Chapel on Forgiveness Hill commands a spectacular view of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Our hilltop Chapel is conveniently located near dressing room and restroom facilities.  

• The Cross on Forgiveness Hill

A 75 foot tall cross is the incredible focal point of Foregiveness Hill. From this highest elevation on the Happy H Ranch there is an inspiring, 360 degree picturesque setting for outdoor or indoor weddings, religious services, ceremonies, and spiritual retreats. We also provide minibus transportation to take guests to and from the Cross.

• Hitching Post Barn and Corral

Combining rustic architecture with the most modern of conveniences, the beautiful Hitching Post Barn is the perfect “hub” for all of your events. This multi-functional structure, houses a kitchen facility that is caterer-ready, with a full complement of commercial-grade appliances, ample prep area, as well as dressing rooms, restrooms and a large storage area.

• Hitching Post Corral

Adjacent to the Hitching Post Barn, the Hitching Post Corral is a large, handicap-accessible terrace that can accommodate either row or banquet seating for 200+ guests. Designed with both function and fun in mind, we are sure that the Hitching Post Barn and Corral will be the perfect setting for your most memorable gatherings.

• Hitching Post Hay Loft
  

On the second floor of the Hitching Post Barn is the Hay Loft which can be used as a dressing room for either the bride and her attendants, or the groom and his party.

• Spacious Open-Air Patio

Surrounding the Hitching Post Barn is a Spacious Open-Air Patio which will easily accommodate anything from a food serving area to additional seating for guests desiring shade from the Texas sun.

• Fishing Ponds, Photography Blinds and Nature Trails

The Happy H Ranch has several picturesque fishing ponds, photography blinds and nature trails. We are a working cattle ranch and there is usually a new calf on the ground and plenty of work to be done down at the pens.

 Relax on our comfortable Texas Ranch right in the middle of Texas Wine Country! Enjoy scenic drives to Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Comfort, and Sisterdale. Visit award winning Hill Country wineries and vineyards, EXLORE Historic Comfort and Fredericksburg, take in some Boot Scootin' Live Music at Luckenbach, Hondo's on Main or Crossroads Saloon and Steakhouse! And... then come on home to the Happy H Ranch! Kick back on the porch under that BIG Texas Sky and EXPERIENCE the "SPIRIT" of the Texas Hill Country!

The Happy H Ranch Bunk House Bed and Breakfast can also be used for dressing areas for either the bride or groom’s party. It can also serve as a place for the “outlaws and or inlaws” to find a quiet place to relax. The “Bunk House” has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It has a wrap around porch which overlooks the cement pond. The setting is very tranquil and a great place to get away.
